To be the Programmatic expert in the agency, helping to set up and deliver this newly expanding service line alongside the Paid Media Account Director.  We are a small but fast growing independent agency that service the world’s leading luxury and premium clients, across all media channels. Due to a number of large new business wins we are now looking for our first dedicated Programmatic hire, someone who has complete confidence in running accounts day to day and is looking for their opportunity to be more involved in strategic decision making, with a direct input into department development.


To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Play a key strategic role in the process of winning new business & cross-selling to existing Paid Search, Social, SEO and Web Development clients

  • Develop and implement clear best practice processes for onboarding new Programmatic accounts (to cover campaign planning, creative briefing and tracking set up), managing them on a day to day basis and reporting back to clients

  • Activate the above best practices across your own portfolio of accounts

  • Grow existing Programmatic accounts by 50% within 1 year

  • Deliver award winning cross-channel campaigns alongside the other agency teams

  • Successfully hire & manage new team members as your team grows

  • Create training collateral and deliver training sessions for different experience levels: junior team members, cross-agency teams, existing clients and potential new clients

  • Continuously monitor industry news and evaluate new technology & data providers to deliver strategic recommendations for growth
