Senior Account Manager


To be the senior Account Manager in the web part of the business of Verb. To be responsible for all client services for the website clients and to support the Head of Production to ensure that our clients are getting the best possible service. To directly manage and own the relationship for the highest value and most important clients and to be the core escalation point for all of the others. 


Build and maintain excellent relationships and budgets at all levels of the business.

Proven ability to grow accounts and strategically upsell / cross sell.

Proven track record in managing large digital website builds 

Proven track record in managing large eCommerce website builds 

Experience managing and mentoring junior Account Managers. 

Good understanding of web design and development process including; UX, scoping, project management frameworks, user testing and research.

Project management experience, the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Confidence discussing possible digital and creative solutions. 

Excellent verbal and written communication, including outstanding presentation skills.

A strong commercial head for how to create opportunity. 

Experienced dealing with luxury clients 

Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
